Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Hype Haven. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that certain items such as personal care products, used items, or final sale items may not be eligible for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
